Purpose of Epic Port web application will provide online application scope for inhabitants of Purba Medinipur district to apply duplicate epic card or correction of epic card through internet. This online application facility has been implemented to overcome time consuming offline procedure.
Applicant can apply for correction epic card or to issue duplicate epic card through online mode to overcome time consuming offline procedure. After implementation of this online facility there will be no need for applicant to stand in queue.
Payment gateway has been implemented here. Applicant can pay required amount to apply using correction epic card or to issue duplicate epic through payment gateway facility.
Auto generated SMS and mail communication between Admin and Applicant module has been applied here. System automatically send SMS or mail intimation to applicant after successful registration.
Admin can get various report format basis of different query from this web application. Report format like applied customer, verified customer, rejected customer etc..
